STEP 1: REGISTER Register as a bowler (fundraiser):
1 Go to bfksnm.kintera.org and click on 'Register to Bowl' on the left-hand menu.
2 Click 'Register Now!' This will take you to a new website where you will need to create an account.
3 Click "Become a Fundraiser" on the left-hand side menu.
4 Follow the steps to set up your log-in, password, and register as a bowler.
Register as a bowler & a Team Captain:
1 Go to bfksnm.kintera.org and click on 'Register to Bowl' on the left-hand menu.
2 Click 'Register Now!' This will take you to a new website where you will need to create an account.
3 Click "Become a Fundraiser" on the left-hand side menu.
4 Follow the steps to set up your log-in, password, and register as a bowler.
5 While you are registering as a bowler, the bottom of the form allows you to register the team (team name, location & date of bowling). Fill out the information on team name, captain's name, and preferred bowling shifts.
STEP 2: CREATE OR JOIN A TEAM Join a Team
1 On the right-hand Options menu, click 'Team'.
2 Click 'Join a Team'
3 Enter your team name and password.
Create a Team (Team Captains)
1 On the right-hand Options menu, click 'Team'.
2 Click 'Create a Team'.
3 Enter your team information and team password.
4 Go back to the 'Team' button on the right-hand Options menu.
5 You will see an email you can copy and send to your other team members. This includes the team name and password they will need to join the team.
STEP 3: SET UP YOUR ONLINE PAGE Set up your individual fundraising page:
1 On the right-hand Options menu, click 'Design'.
2 You will see your default fundraising page. Edit any area you would like. Make sure to set your fundraising goal! Move your mouse over each section and you will have the opportunity to edit each area. A default page with information is already set up, you only need to edit the text if you want to personalize it.
3 You can go back and edit your webpage at any time.
4 Once your page is set up and you've set your fundraising goal, click 'Start Fundraising' on the right-hand Options menu.
5 Click 'Publish'. You will now receive a website address that will take you directly to your page. You can send this website address to all friends and family to have them donate to you for Bowl for Kids' Sake.
Team Captains: Set up your team fundraising page:
1 On the right-hand Options menu, click 'Team'.
2 You will see an option 'Design Your Team Page'. Click this link and you will be able to customize your team's fundraising page. Be sure to set your team fundraising goals!
STEP 4: TELL EVERYONE!
1 Tell all of your friends, family, and coworkers that you will be participating in Bowl for Kids' Sake and are raising money for Big Brothers Big Sisters!
2 Click 'Send Invitations' and you will get a pre-written email that you can copy, paste, and email to your friends and family.
3 Click 'Start Fundraising' on the right-hand Options menu.
